I believe massage therapy complements and ought to be included in an individuals standard health care maintenance program in order to achieve and enjoy optimum health. I’ve been enjoying the benefits of massage therapist for about 20 years now and have been officially practicing since I graduated from Myotherapy Massage School in Salt Lake City on 3.14.20 (yes, just before COVID 19 got into full swing!) – I believe massage therapy complements and ought to be included in an individuals standard health care maintenance program in order to achieve and enjoy optimum health.
