Went in today to get my daughter’s ears pierced. The staff was very friendly and informative. I can’t remember the name of her piercer, but he was awesome! My daughter said it was very quick and almost painless. She is very pleased with her new earrings. I will definitely be returning to get some work done.

Personally I had gotten my nose pierced here, first walking in everything seemed okay but once I went back to the piercer things changed. At first he seemed decent, but immediately after I got the piercing done I asked questions a few times over to ensure I had gotten every bit of information I needed to care for this new piercing properly and he had an attitude about it; acting bored with my anxious questions. Not to mention my eyes had teared up immediately after the piercing due to the location and several of the other workers peered through the doorway staring or making smart remarks. Personally I felt like it was an over the top masculine men surrounded environment, which also made me uncomfortable. I will not be returning here, just not the place for me.
