Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCammy did a color correction on my hair to fix a balayage gone wrong and she did an amazing job. She is very informative & friendly! I had to try several salons before finding Two22 salon / Cammy but i feel so relieved now that I know my hair will be taken care of properly!!! Definitely recommend:)

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve known Sunshine since 2016. I was excited that she had taken the leap into business ownership. She has referred a few people to me for dog training, and my other biz over the years, but recently my schedule got a little nuts and I had to really make adjustments to later in the evenings to make sure I could cover my self employment obligations (I alos own a brick & Mortar as well) Although I loved my other stylist I knew it would be hard for her to work that late. Covid has certainly changed things for so many of us. Today was my second appointment I was able to push out to 8 wks vs 5 (when I usually start seeing those glitter strands) so that saves me some money and time in the chair. We have amazing conversation as well, that’s important afterall I am with her for a bit and I have her undivided attention during my time with her, she doesn’t seem to over book herself and I don’t think I saw her touch her phone once although I was working on mine while chatting. I am sure if I didn’t want to talk that would be ok too but let’s get to the work: I showed her a “hair goals” picture from good ‘ole pinterest. We developed a course of action and discussed the health of my hair. She has a variety of retail, but she recommended one particular product that made a noticable difference. Her attention to detail is remarkable. My hair is “dark” a huge thing for me is paying lots of money but having dye ALL over my ears, neck, and forehead. I wanna be able to walk out with my fresh ‘do and go straight to dinner, it might be chicken nuggets in front of Teen Mom 2, but hey, I am a girl who likes to have the option. She takes her time and you can tell she loves her craft. The salon atmosphere has an upscale feel but not snooty. I feel totally fine wearing sweats or a ball gown. Downtown chico parking had me worried but she is conviently located right across the street from the parking garage, with easy access back out onto main roads and to the highway. The protcols she has taken for covid are also something to mention. She maintains the work enviornment of the salon with an eye for detail; the floors, window ledges, mirrors, products are dust free, you can see pride in her ownership. At my first appointment she texted me reminding me of my mask, and upon entry took my temp. My mask was a light color so she offered me a disposable to not stain my mask. Before even getting started she sets the mood by offering a beverage; wine, truly, water, whatever you are hoping for. Critical: QualityVery comfy place but… the lady that cut my hair did a bad job at cutting my hair. I have thin hair and She some parts of my hair shorter than the other. She finished the cut in about 5 minutes, which was super quick, but didn’t take the time to fix my hair or made sure that I liked it. Seemed to me like she was in a rush.
