Two Toned is individually owned and operated by Tracy. She’s been in the hair industry since 2007. She’s obtained the highest licensing for cosmetology that is offered by the state of Maryland. Tracy specializes in blondes and balayage, and continues to take educational classes to keep up on new fun trends. . Appointments only, and online booking is suggested. . The salon is a suite located inside of the Sola Salons building. As you walk into the building, follow the hall around as if to go towards the front left corner of the building. The hall is a circle, follow it until you get to suite 26 .
