I had a wonderful experience. My hair was handled with care. I explained that I had been sick for a couple of years and needed extra special care. I went in on a Saturday for a consultation and scheduled Thursday for my appointment. Dr. A did my consult and Crystal was my stylist. I am pleased and I will be going back soon.

Met with Dr A whom was very patient and helpful to me. Although I scheduled for one consultation she actually recommended coming back for something different. She provided me with very helpful info in the meantime. Would definitely recommend seeing her for a loc consult or just a hair/scalp consult.

Critical: QualityThe person that did my hair was a doll… she was very nice but I was super uncomfortable in the seating being pregnant and plus size. So I didn’t stay under the dryer the entire time. Which I’m sure it will be said that affected my locs however it looked like they had never even been done two days late and for a $85 which a few days before I was told 65 and not that prices had increased bc of covid … after all we are all effected why take prices up but hey idk …a 85 buck retwist bc of covid lol ♀️ I expected at least two weeks of decent twist but instead it was a lot of bulging and my parts weren’t cleaned up like I asked. Went to another shop a week later and my hairs still nice without the dryer . Twist Locks Love Salon provides a warm atmosphere to have hair, particularly loc maintenance, done. Ema does hair with the right amount of care and speed. I like that I’m not in the salon forever. My hair is always “on point,” when I leave and stays kept for quite some time. There a fun magazines and novels to choose from while under the dryer. The salon has decor, layout, and is clean.
