Was very disappointed. I paid 95$ for them to mess up my hair. (I can’t remember my stylists name) I asked for a dark brown to caramel balayage just for the stylist to take the bleach two inches away from my scalp and straight across all the way around my head instead of feathering it and then just left it that way. Then she styled it so it made my face look too round. She said she would do more to it after 4 weeks and shed call back to set up an appointment and never did. I also asked for a brow wax and she messed up my eyebrows. I went home and cried for an hour. She also tried to argue with me about what I wanted and kept trying to get me to change what I wanted so it was easier for her. I am NOT going back.

Kelly was nice but did what she thought was best for your hair and not what you want. Did not listen at all. I have to back to someone else to fix it. Paid $100 to go home and cry!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!
