Not happy with the outcome if color/ haircut. I was suppose to have balayage/ color auburn and added Carmel highlights. Got charged for it , ended up with burgundy red color and uneven hair cut! I have called and left messages to have someone reach out back to me . Nothing! I want my money back so I can go to another capable salon to correct this hot mess!very unhappy! She was extremely knowledgeable, confident, listened to my needs/concerns and addressed them all. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFinal update: I was offered two toning treatments to fix the issues caused by the original stylist. This in no way corrected or helped the issue, only masked it for a few days. I have since moved onto a new stylist and am three appointments and over $600 into the process of fixing this mess. The stylist I’m seeing now was flabbergasted at how badly my hair was done originally, and the fact that I was told the “only” fix was toning. I just wish I could get my original money back so I could afford all these fixes that their stylist caused.UPDATE: The salon contacted me right away wanting to make sure I came back in so I would be happy with my hair. They set me up an appointment with Lindsey, who did the best she could with what I had. Unfortunately, I don’t think what I wanted my hair to look like initially is possible anymore, but the work Lindsey did make it at least liveable. She definitely seems to know her stuff. Because the best solution was a demi-gloss color, she also encouraged me to come back for another visit later on to reapply at no cost. I am very happy with the customer service I received and am grateful for Lindsey’s time and expertise. I will update the star rating as I see how this color wears (since it took a bit for the original color to turn orange), but wanted to update right away about the business standing by their services in such a great way. Thank you, Twisted Sister.————–I love the look and feel of the salon, but my hair is orange even after being “fixed”. The stylist should have had someone help if my hair was puzzling. The stylist told me after my second trip to contact them if I was still unhappy. I did so, but I did not receive a response.
