I’m leaving this review for my wife, since she’s too nice to leave the review the stylist who cut her hair actually deserves. We got multiple reference pictures and even a video of the hairstyle my wife wanted, which was supposed to be an undercut with defined, straight bangs. There were multiple pictures from different angles that thoroughly showed what she wanted. Rather than do that though, the stylist cut her hair in some weird fringe, Beatles-looking mop style that didn’t even remotely resemble what she had been shown. She basically completely ignored what my wife asked for and instead just gave her the style she wanted her to have. What was the point of even looking at the pictures and telling her she could do it? Why not just say “I can’t or don’t want to do that style”? She was very disappointed and I was furious, since I was the one who recommend she go there because I’d heard people talk about how good they were. I could have done a better job myself at home and wish I had. It has taken several months for it to grow back enough to even fix the absolute mess she made of my wife’s hair. Being too polite to say anything to this stylist, I had to take her back to demand they at least attempt to fix it. The male stylist working there apologized and attempted to fix it, but there was only so much he could do. He was at least professional about it, but this “Thelma” that originally cut her hair was nowhere to be found. Even he admitted he had no idea why she would do that, considering we had such clear references for her to go by. I’m sure they have some good employees, but I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you have something specific in mind. I’ve read some other negative reviews similar to mine saying they had a similar experience when asking for a specific style or color job, so this isn’t just a fluke problem that only we had with them.

I got the pleasure of getting an amazing haircut,color and highlights. I’m not from here so I had been to a previous salon and it wasn’t what I wanted and was treated a little poorly ! But just happened to be passing by this salon headed to another but I am so thankful I pulled in at this salon not only is Jason amazing but I’m sure they all are! But I Kno they will make you feel so welcome that I will definitely be returning to get more done !!! Thanks so much !!!!
