After walking through the door I am always immediately greeted by everyone with kindness and smiles! Jenn is a breath of fresh air and makes me feel right at home, supporting my hair needs and wants! I absolutely love to chat and share our life stories together as I feel safe and loved by her. Many years back I wanted my hair a certain combination color of red and sure enough she succeeded and has been keeping me bright and vibrant everyday since! I have also been in a handful of weddings having my hair and makeup done by Jenn, Carissa and the TS team. Again Twisted Scissors always delivers an experience! They provide an entire pampering day leaving you feeling your very best! I have never had my hair and makeup look so good! Each stylist is unique and brings something different to the atmosphere. I enjoy every second I am there. The experience and service I receive at this salon is more then an appointment, it is a highlight to my day. After walking through the door I am always immediately greeted by everyone with kindness and smiles! Jenn is a breath of fresh air and makes me feel right at home, supporting my hair needs and wants! I have been going to Twisted Scissorz salon since their Grand Opening in 2011. There are so many talented stylists in this salon. The owner, Jenn, has been doing my hair since high school and is always on point with the newest hair trends (color, products, and technique.) In order to stay relevant in all things hair, she provides her stylists with frequent classes and trainings with Redken professionals. Jenn and fellow stylists pride themselves in their work ensuring each customer leaves happy and satisfied. The stylists truly get to know their clients ensuring each and every service is customized to their style and personality. I would say the fact that I am complimented all the time on my hair speaks volumes of the talent in this salon. I highly recommend this place and do so often! Such an awesome and upscale salon in the heart of Downtown Port Huron! I have been going to Twisted Scissorz salon since their Grand Opening in 2011. There are so many talented stylists in this salon. The owner, Jenn, has been doing my hair since high school and is always on point with the newest hair trends (color, products, and technique.) I am also blessed to be personal friends with the owner, Jennifer Sharpe since the 3rd grade. I am here to tell you ever since she has been a little girl, doing hair has been her passion and dream. I have then watched Jenn in high school attend cosmetology school and later pursue her dream of opening a hair salon, Twisted Scissorz.For the past 8 years I have been receiving hair services at the salon with Jenn and other stylist. My 9 year old daughter and 2 year old son also receive hair services and they have since their very first haircut where they received a certificate and are treated like royalty every visit. I have always been beyond satisfied with my hair, my children’s hair and we all leave feeling and looking great. We love sipping provided coffee or hot chocolate, sitting in the comfy chairs and treated so kind by not only the stylists but the other clients within the salon.Twisted Scissorz participates in and donates to numerous community events and struggling families. They are human and it’s only natural to occasionally make a mistake or forget something, just as we all do. But I know for sure that she always tries to make it right and her heart is for people. Because we are friends, I witness Jenn behind the scenes as well. She works very hard and as a business owner myself, I know all the behind the scenes work that goes into providing a service to the community. Jenn is nothing shy of professional, giving, and passionate about the quality, care and service that Twisted Scissorz provides. My business partner and I turn to her for advice and guidance often.
