Established in 2020. Three partners who have worked together for half a decade decided to embark on a new adventure together. To establish their OWN salon, one to which each and every client feels they are walking into a cozy home town salon, where EVERYONE is welcome. Each stylist is able to add in their own personal style, touch, and personality into each section of the salon. No corporate robots here! Between the three partners there is an average of forty-one years of experience to accept any challenge that walks through our door. We are deeply humbled and excited to be servicing all the surrounding counties and tackling the goal of making the world beautiful one head at a time!

Twisted Scissors is the first salon I have been too in my life. Besides places like great clips and I am 41 years old! I was 39 the first time I went. It was my first highlight experience! Fast forward to September 2022, I come twice a year for highlights and sometimes I get it cut. Jessi is a saint! I have a ton of hair and it takes a long time. But Jessi has always done my hair and every time its been awesome!

I had an appointment for today for a cut and partial highlights and I called when they opened to double check my time because I received no text or anything to confirm. Like most do and it was made over a week ago. The women who answered when I called was the rudest most hurtful person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I asked if I could double check my time For today and she said “ I can’t tell you that. Samantha has all the times and we don’t keep track of appointments so you’ll have to ask her “ I said “ ma’am I don’t know who Samantha is and I’m just trying to double check my appointment for today. I called and made an appointment almost two weeks ago “ she said “ I don’t know what to tell you. I can’t give you that information. There’s only a few of us here (while screaming into phone acting like a nut case)” she was rambling on about having to work and how it was such a problem for her to be there and they don’t keep that information of appointments !! What??? This place is a joke and very unprofessional. I said “ you know what, just cancel my appointment. I don’t want to come there now anyway” and hung up during her starting to rant again! So whoever that was supposed to do my hair today, I’m so very sorry your co worker caused you to lose a client and and a very generous one. I give very big tips because I know what it’s like to depend on tips also in working with the public. I was very excited to come there. I hope you read this and understand it wasn’t my fault and I really tried to talk nicely to this woman until I just didn’t trust coming there anymore. Just a warning everyone. So whoever the few that was working today, just pick the craziest one out and that is her and the first one there this morning because she made that very clear in her hurtful rants. The girl I made the appointment with was so very sweet. I felt so comfortable going there. Now I wouldn’t trust that place to ever touch my hair. That crazy woman could have been the one doing my hair today. Awful , horrible experience!

I’m new to the area and needed a new stylist. I stumbled upon Twisted Scissorz in a Google search and decided to give them a try. Jessi is SO talented! She gave me the exact cut, style, highlights, and gloss I wanted (and needed). The girls in there are a riot and fun to be around, so it was comfortable for the couple hours it took my hair to process. I’m definitely going back!

This truly is a hidden gem in Lenoir City! I’ve been looking for a salon for awhile, after having previous bad haircut experiences elsewhere. I chose this salon based on reviews and I’m so glad I did! Walking in, the atmosphere is welcoming and everyone was so friendly! Samantha cut my hair and was just wonderful! She really listened and made the whole experience very personalized. I came out feeling pretty, which is a rarity for me; I usually come out of a salon feeling incredibly self-conscious. Their prices are lower than other places, which was a bonus. I’m looking forward to my next haircut!

I’ve been in Lenoir City for 2 years and have been driving to Sevierville to get my hair done, until today. I’m glad I took a chance on a different salon because the ladies here are awesome!
