Critical: QualityFirst time going for both my daughter and myself. My daughter had previously had an unfortunate experience and needed color correction as well as damaged ends cut and freshened up. My only complaints about her hair is it turned out much darker than the photo we showed and a nice conditioning treatment (even if an extra charge) would have been very helpful.My experience was another story. I have had blonde hair with both highlights and lowlights for many years. I needed my hair color freshened up as it had been longer than normal since my last hair treatment and a haircut. I brought pictures of my own hair to show the style I wanted it shaped back into and the and photos of very similar color and style to my own. There was no room for confusion on what I wanted and since I have had that cut and color for years it wasn’t an unrealistic expectation. I walked out as a dark brunette with very few highlights and NO HAIRCUT. When the stylist turned me around to the mirror and asked what I thought, all I could say was “My hair doesn’t even grow out of my head this dark”. My only complaints about her hair is it turned out much darker than the photo we showed and a nice conditioning treatment (even if an extra charge) would have been very helpful.
