Called to ask about perms and was greeted by whom ever answers the phone there . She somehow came to the conclusion that I wanted loose curls like a curling iron ? After a few back and forth questions she puts me on with the hair tech and she recites the same thing to me . I advised no was looking for curling iron curls for a body wave or perm not old school eights style but more modern with bigger rollers and she couldn’t be more interested to get me off the phone. She advised me that perms take a lot of hours and she could not take the time to do it? Also the person who answered said the same thing . I’m totally confused by that . I called two stores after this one and they were more than happy to perm my hair the way I wanted it done and even knew more about the 2019 styles of perms . I would recommend that if you want to earn business you should consider new clients and be educated on modern hair techniques. If it takes three hours you can always take another client while I’m waiting for my perm to take and come back . That has been done before . You lost my business and locals that I have advised how I was treated . I live very close to there and very disappointing experience . I never wrote bad ratings but I feel like the owner should really know about this experience . You will probably will hear several versions of that call when you bring it up but the proof is in your appointment book . They never invited me in and told me they did not have the time to do the appointment.
