I had my first visit at Twisted this evening and can’t brag enough about Kaitlyn! I’m definitely going to go back to her. The process of setting up an appointment was easy. When I arrived, I honestly wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. I had long hair with my natural brown to yellow-blonde ombre. I was debating between going lighter or going for an auburn red tone – yet Kaitlyn was very patient and involved in the decision- making process. We ended up going a dark auburn route that matches well with my roots and I have no regrets! I was very pleased with her professionalism and engagement with me. I can’t wait for my hair journey to continue here!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have pretty thick curly hair (3b/c) and always struggle when finding a stylist that actually knows what they’re doing. Gracie is absolutely amazing! I’ve been to her a couple of times now and everytime she does an amazing job. She listens to what I want done and manages to not only deliver but go above and beyond. Very friendly and overall a great energy to be around. Sadly I don’t live in town anymore but I will literally make the hour drive to this salon so she can do my hair. I have pretty thick curly hair (3b/c) and always struggle when finding a stylist that actually knows what they’re doing. Gracie is absolutely amazing! I’ve been to her a couple of times now and everytime she does an amazing job. She listens to what I want done and manages to not only deliver but go above and beyond.
