I had a wonderful 1st time experience having my curly hair cut by Janessa. She was knowledgeable and could “read” my hair which what I needed. I didn’t have specific look in mind but was open to a cut to encourage my curls. She taught me how to use products But I was never pressured into buying their products. But I did! They work great! Yes it costs more but Definitely going back!

I had a wonderful experience at Twisted Hare! I was able to get an appointment promptly, and after an understandable scheduling issue with my original stylist, Teresa offered to work me into her schedule the same day. The cut itself was fabulous! I’d never heard of “curly hair specialists” before, but Teresa certainly knew what she was doing!! She offered a wealth of information and tips on managing and styling wavy-curly hair. I left feeling uplifted and educated! Thanks again for being so accommodating and listening to all my silly curly questions! 🙂

I haven’t had a haircut done by a stylist in about four years. After being burned by stylist after stylist not knowing how to work with curly hair, I cut my own hair for four years and recently decided to find a curly specialist. I was so nervous for the appointment, I nearly cancelled it. Liz took care of me today, and she was amazing. She gave me my first dry cut, and took the time explaining techniques and the science behind caring for curly hair. Today, for the first time in years, I walked out with a cut that I love. This is the most I have ever spent on a haircut and it was 100% worth it. I’ve struggled with hormonal hair loss for years and could never find a stylist that could make my fine, low density curly hair look GOOD. Kudos to Claudia, she is amazing. She took time to teach me styling techniques and answer all of my “why does my hair do this?” questions. I am also in love with the Innersense products I got from the salon. Great experience – and I so rarely get to say that after a haircut!

Everytime I leave the salon, I’m blown away at how well the stylists take care of me and my curls! The most recent was no different and I am still buzzing at how fantastic my hair looks and am so grateful for their patience and skills to achieve what I wanted for my upcoming wedding.
