Had a decent experience the first couple times but this time there was a new person there. Without consulting me through the process, she continued to thread. Once finished I reviewed the work and realized she had taken off way too much hair. Her explanation instead was that I was not seeing it correctly and that they were in fact even! Will not be coming here again. So upset!
