Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to her once before no issues. Braids were super neat and clean. HOWEVER, I tried to get my hair braided again for Coachella 2 years ago since I didn’t want to wear my natural hair in that heat and she stood me up. I called 3 times after 15-25 mins have passed and she answered the phone half asleep saying she couldn’t make it because she’s not feeling well. Ask if I can reschedule and she said no unfortunately she can’t. Like what?? Please If you’re going to run a business you can not treat clients like this. She has potential to have a very successful business especially being by a military base, where us females love to wear braids in uniform for protective styling, in an area where its hard to find a good stylist, but she’s ruining her own business by not being professional. Totally lame. Drove 40 miles to no one there and no one responding to phone calls or text messages. After an hour someone answered saying ‘Hello?’ I explained I had an appointment at 1:30. They said they were asleep in bed and not calling anyone to cancel appointments because they were dope sick. Recommend elsewhere.
