Friendly and laid back. I didn’t experience any of the perks like being offered a beer or soda, but I got a decent shave. Also, if you are looking for an old school hot lather shave, my barber didn’t do it. It was still pretty good, but all newer style gel style products.

Early morning cut that was great. Jamie gave me a great cut, friendly, great experience. Granted, it was first thing in the morning, but she was taking calls as well. No rinse as part of the cut, but not really a big deal. Very happy with what I got, will definitely be back.

Sierra rocks and always does a great job! So great that we now have to drive almost 40 minutes in the opposite direction of where we normally shop on Saturdays but she is worth it. She cuts me and my wife’s hair which means can she not only barbers my head but she can also cut ethnic hair (my wife is African American and keeps her hair very short). Also, this shop is crazy cool AND offers complimentary beer!! Hell yes!!

Twisted Blade did not disappoint!! Jamie cut my hair and trimmed my beard perfectly. She even took a personal approach and hung one of my flyers in their store! I own a local DJ/Evennt services company and really try to do my part and go with the local communty companies as much as possible. Twisted Blade did not disappoint!! Critical: ProfessionalismI have been here a few times in the last year. After tonight I won’t be going back. I have scheduled appointments with more than one stylist in the last year that were either canceled without my knowledge (today) or where I showed up on time and the stylist was late by over 30 minutes. There is no management here that I can see. I am sure they work as freelance stylists but there is no accountability. I drove 30 minutes today for my appointment just to be told my stylist wasn’t there and that no one else could cut my hair. No apology, no hold on and well squeeze you in. Just a lady who said it’s not my fault don’t be mad at me. I wasnt even mad but he reaction to this and my previous experience tells me that this is normal for this place. I guess if you’re not going to have a manager then the employees can do what they want.
