They’re very friendly but unfortunately it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Never going back and I don’t recommend it. Now I have to deal with this haircut for a week or two

I was relatively new to Twist when I walked in. The one lady who cut my hair is extremely nice and definitely knew her business. I would recommend this to anyone although I would make sure your particular about how you want your hair cut. Step-by-step would probably be for the best.

I’m impressed! This is a very nice and friendly barber shop. Denise gives really good layer cuts. My only complaint is their lunch smell – maybe it’s just today, somebody had cooked curry during my wait. Once you get your hair process started though, this is such a minor issue that you would forget about it in a heartbeat. Will go back for sure.

I’ve never walked out of here disappointed with how my hair was cut. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue as long as I live in the area. They can get busy, so make sure you call ahead of time if you have a specific time in mind.

If you want to be treated unfairly, then this is the place. While I was waiting for my turn, they took another customer who came after me without an appointment. When I asked why? I have been told he has been coming to the store for last 15 years. They lost five customers today. Very unprofessional!!
