Critical: ProfessionalismSpoke with the young woman on the phone for an inquiry/quote for my first ever re-twist. Not only did she answer the phone like she just woke up and was talking to her little friend from down the block but she was also very rude about my hair and even suggested I start my locs over with her as my method of starting my locs isn’t her preferred method. Not to mention she hung up the phone on me mid- conversation to text instead.In her 14 years of having/doing locs she claims she has never seen successful locs started with braids yet in my only 18 months of research before starting mine, I found 1000’s of people on YouTube and in loc Facebook groups with successful braid-locs.
