She was talkative and upbeat. My stylist was awesome, management not so much. They called me two days before an appointment that I booked 3 months ago to let me know my stylist was unavailable due to medical issues, which is understandable, but then they told me they had no openings for me with anyone else… the lady on the phone told me another stylist could get me in “after hours” this Friday and she would text me and she never did. This hair appointment was a needed appointment right before my wedding and I feel like they didn’t even care how much this inconvenienced me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
