The male (don’t know his name) is great also. The salon is warm and inviting and very relaxing. I sit in the spa chairs every time and get massaged. I went there for the first time yesterday. I gave 2 stars because they were very nice and inviting staff. However my gel manicure was very short and had to ask the nail technician to actually clean under my nails, isn’t that part of a manicure? I am having bad hang nails the day after because I don’t think enough time was spent cleaning them up. I do think the manicure was rushed. Usually it takes my manicurist an hour to do my manicure, paying much attention to detail. Did not get this here.

This is my third time to be here . They did their job good only at first time to keep me as their client. Second time was not good but I gave them another chance . Third time they didn’t use a good material on my nails. After 4 days one of my nail broke and I didn’t hit it anywhere . I went back to fix it they were not nice at all . It was their mistake but they charged me $5 . Which I paid. Same day I went to a store and while I was just looking at some cloth the other nail broke. I went back to them same day and this time they were very rude not just to me but also to other clients and they were describing them them my request. Very unprofessional. I have never seen any nail business or service business like this before. It is wast of your money.
