I had a hair trim with Misty at Eden hair Salon in Venice. She is amazing! She is a good listener and yes… I told her all my bad experiences with having bad haircuts! I liked her immediately because she had long hair, so I felt good that she wouldn’t chop all of my hair off! She did exactly what I wanted and I will use her from now on! My hair looks so much healthier… and yet she kept it long! I’m so happy I found her! What a pleasure to have someone cut your hair the way you want… Misty is a gem!!!!

The costomer service was good the hairdresser was sweet and tryed to make me comfortable. That said the quality was not as what expected and doesn’t Match the price tag. I had very long hair and asked for long layers with highlights to cover my grays and cut that essentuate my face. It looked ok when she was done after she curled my hair but later in a day my curls were gone and I started noticing that there were no layers some uneven layers in a front the hair cut was cut the same length where the layers needed to be. I don’t mind the shorter cut though but I’ve noticed most grays were not covered uneven coloring where it looks like I out grew my color even that was able to be hidden but there were strans of hair sticking out that needed to be fixed the cut is uneven which is known for layers but it wasn’t layers its more like uneven cut. I am disappointed in how my hair feels it feels very dry even though I believe she put deep condition although I don’t think that was done because usually with deep condition u let it sit under warm dryer to absorb in hair for couple of minutes. My hair is usually curly when it’s conditioned and very soft but my hair looks thin and ruf or it could be the quality of hair productsthe solon is using. Im going to have to re due my hair by another salon when I can and hope there’s not much damage. My hair grows fast so I’m not worried I’m just disappointed on how the more experienced hairdressers there couldn’t maybe say let me see if I can help u out instead of trying to say it looks amazing. Even the waxing center asked me if I was going to do my hair before my trip. The girl is sweet and mabe it was my fault for not doing my research because I needed my hair done fast and did tell her do what you feel will look good . She did her best and I appreciate it but she definitely needs more training on wavy/curly hair type as well as how to layer cut.
