I wouldn’t come back here. They make you pay in advance then up-charge you for everything. This place nickel and dimes you on everything and makes it seem like your fault for not telling them you had no chip on your toes. My pedicurist was amazing and could not have been nicer. I would definitely recommend her. But the owner was very unfriendly.

I walked in at 5:15, their website said they close at 6. I asked if they could do a no chip manicure and the woman at the front desk told me that they could not attend me because they closed at 6 and what I wanted to get done took longer than that. I was very disappointed in the way they treated my business.

I called to schedule a manicure pedicure and I was never asked what type of manicure pedicure by the salon staff on the phone. I was actually put on hold three separate times and re-asked three separate times what kind of appointment I wanted and still they never asked what type of manicure pedicure I wanted. And I did state I wanted a no-chip manicure pedicure appointment the first time I was asked.

Using the same gloves to work on my feet. I had to ask her to scrub my heels twice, she barely did. My heels still feel ruff. I get pedicures every 2 weeks. So I know the process. I happened to be in the area so tried this place. The owner did not care about my concerns. My tech rushed out while I was still drying. Cute salon. The space overall was quite thin, but that doesn’t really matter. If you go with a friend for a manicure, you can’t sit next to them unfortunately, but you could if you get a pedicure. The people there were really nice. The decor was quite nice too, and there was some nice moulding on the nail polish display. It was extremely clean. I will definitely come back!

This place is shady. I was trying this place out for the first time and while I stepped away to use the ladies room, I saw Jenny with her hand in my purse upon returning. When I questioned her about it she denied ever looking into my purse. She looked stoned. I know for a FACT THAT SHE WAS ABOUT TO TAKE MONEY FROM ME!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! UNBELIEVABLE

The lady at the front desk is rude and has no manners. I originally requested for the lady I had last time but the lady looked dumbfounded when I asked so I just went with whoever. I had to listen to her smack her gum the entire time of my manicure. Rolled her eyes when I asked for them to put oil on my nails and cuticles before I left to help protect them as they dry. A little overpriced too. However, the ladies that actually do nails are nice and do mediocre work. Get rid of the front desk lady! She is not friendly especially when she’s the first person you meet/see when you enter and last person you see when you leave.

They constantly change the price of the services depending on the time of day. They charge people different prices I watched a lady get a regular pedicure same as my client they charged her 30 but charged him 32. When he got his wallet out the lady watched him every moment of it just staring into his wallet. She tried to take his change to give it all to the other lady as a tip instead of letting him decide how much he wanted to tip.
