First experience was absolutely amazing. The facility is very clean and sanitary, the staff are all licensed medical professionals. Berry and Jammie were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Berry did the IV and it was quick and painless! Not to mention I feel like a new person after the super B complex. Def recommend if you’re in town! Walk-ins welcome if they’re not busy! Will be coming back!!

I love this place! Was thrilled to find one here in Cocoa Beach and everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and it’s super comfy and easy to access and park location wise. The IV therapy is life changing -you feel almost superhuman especially if you get on a weekly regimen as I have and I also add a couple extra shots such as extra B-12 and the mic( lipolean) which is great to boost metabolism and jump start and keep maintain workout or weight loss goals.

I love this place. They are so friendly. I started IV vitamins 3 months ago now and I feel like a whole new person. I get sick almost every 2 weeks because of my autoimmune and I haven’t been sick at all since I started. Totally worth the drive and money. IV therapy

After messaging, I was invited to come in and learn more about the facility and it’s services and I would receive a free B-12 shot. Came here due to extreme heat exhaustion with full body muscle cramps and vomiting. Needless to say, working in the sun all day takes a toll on my body. After just one treatment with a Health & Wellness IV (with B-complex and B12) I could literally see better, my muscle cramps went away, I felt more awake, and could really feel the difference of being hydrated through Twin Rivers Elite IV. I highly recommend Twin Rivers Cocoa Beach! I’ve been battling fatigue for some time, and my friend suggested B-12 shots. A quick search on the internet helped me locate Twin Rivers- Elite IV & Wellness Lounge. I called and spoke with the owner, Shelly, to book my appointment. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Shelly and by Tyler, the professional technician. While my husband spoke with Tyler, I had a sidebar with Shelly about a few health concerns. Shelly was compassionate and very knowledgeable about how to meet the challenges of my health concerns. After my conversation with Shelly, Tyler met with me to administer the B-12 shot. Tyler was very professional and gentle. After my injection, I met Shelly at the counter to pay for my service, and she informed me that my service was FREE of charge as they are celebrating their 1-year anniversary. If you are looking for a boost in energy, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Twin Rivers Cocoa Beach!
