This is the sound time I can me in, after being very happy with my first visit.I was never asked if I am happy with the work, and the massage was rushed and painful. Although I scheduled an appointment in advance, they rushed everything and worked like they didn’t have time for me. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy new go to place! Everyone was so friendly and they fit me in last minute. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they delivered! I love how they send you home with your own pedi tool bag to bring back for future visits. The staff was friendly and called me by name. I highly recommend this place!Service: Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got the dip powder nails, which were a reasonable price, and they did a fantastic job! They are thinner (more realistic looking) and smoother all around than the last place I had them done which was more expensive. I was mildly concerned when I stated I wanted them rounder and they were still pretty square but at the end she rounded them out really nicely and honestly they’re just perfect. I got the dip powder nails, which were a reasonable price, and they did a fantastic job! They are thinner (more realistic looking) and smoother all around than the last place I had them done which was more expensive. I was mildly concerned when I stated I wanted them rounder and they were still pretty square but at the end she rounded them out really nicely and honestly they’re just perfect. Will for sure be coming back!

Critical: ProfessionalismNail tech Kevin just booted me after being his client for 3 years and 3 different locations, because I was unhappy with a slight change he tried to make on my nails. I don’t know why he did it, as we have been doing my nails the same way for awhile. He tried it, I didn’t like it, and after I asked him to change them back (always with kindness and respect), and he did, and they are lovely. However, at the next visit after that, he was very cold, barely spoke to me and made me feel quite uncomfortable in a place I have been to so many times before. I received a text after asking for another appointment that he feels I need to seek out a new nail tech as he doesn’t feel he is doing a good enough job for me. I was floored, and totally disappointed. I lost my nail tech, who I liked a lot, and I now have to find a new salon, which in this city is hard. (I have really long nails, and a lot of techs won’t do long nails here in UT). This was handled poorly by the salon. Also, one more thing, because I know the staff at Twin reads these reviews. When someone tells you that they are hurting/burning you, do NOT blame it on the client. Van is amazing with nails and such a lovely gal, but I have heard her tell someone (on more than one occasion) the reason it hurts is because of the way the client is holding her hand. Really? It was ridiculous and made both women super uncomfortable. Y’all just lost a good customer, and I lost a great nail tech. On to the next salon!…..Reviews will follow. Nail tech Kevin just booted me after being his client for 3 years and 3 different locations, because I was unhappy with a slight change he tried to make on my nails.
