Really wish I could leave a positive review as I wanted to give them a second chance but I don’t see myself coming back after today. I called in to verify my appointment time and left a vm, received a call back saying it was at 3:30. Told the masseuse, ok great I’ll be on my way. I arrived at Twin Flames at 3:20, doors were locked. Figured they must be with another client so wait until 3:30. Waited, called again at 3:30 no answer, then again at 3:40 leaving a message saying how long I waited and that I was leaving. All this took place within a two hour time frame. Waste of time.

I had a Signature Facial with Liz. She is very personable, knowledgeable, & has a great energy. She customized my facial to my specific needs & was kind enough to (at my request) explain the products she used & their benefits as they were applied. There was a tool she used on my nose, a problem area of mine, that left my skin looking clearer & smoother than I’ve seen in decades, I’ll be seeing her on a regular basis. Thank you, Liz!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy massage was disappointing. The girl missed a whole section of my back, forgot my add on, and didn’t really help my back pain. She did a pretty good job on my arms and legs, but my back she did awful. It was like she hadn’t really dealt with someone who had the knots and issues that I do with my back, but instead of saying something she just kinda rubbed around. There wasn’t any music playing for about the first 15 minutes and once there was music it kept going off and on throughout the whole massage. It was very distracting and disturbing.It really wasn’t relaxing or healing for me and I wont be going back and I wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone else.My massage was disappointing. My massage was disappointing. The girl missed a whole section of my back, forgot my add on, and didn’t really help my back pain. She did a pretty good job on my arms and legs, but my back she did awful.
