She made me feel right at home. She has excellent braiding skills. I look forward to having my hair done again but next time I will let her add hair to my hair. If you want your hair done really nice have Twin African Hair braiding do your braids plus they have been in the area for along time highly recommended.

I spoke with a lady over the phone and we scheduled me an appointment. I told her what I would like and I sent her pictures and we were set on the appointment. The drive from where I am located to where she is located is 50 minutes so I left early so I could get there on time. 14 minutes before the appointment, when I was already on the road she tells me that she wants to change the appointment to the “pm” because another lady who she didn’t know if they were coming or not had shown up. When I told her I was already on my way and the drive was 50 minutes to her salon .. she said “ damn it’s my fault you don’t pay attention to the question I put up ?” ….. these people are unprofessional and aren’t serious about their business..if you want to get your hair done I would highly suggest looking into another braiding facility

I hate how when they did my box braids they were everything BUT “boxes”. They had parted my hair in small boxes. Large boxes. Rectangles. Just parted my hair any kind of way. I gave them TOO MANY chances for the money I was paying them. Its way better hair braiders I can go to in Jacksonville or find someone on FB.

Do not go here!!! Warning! My hair was braided by a young girl who I constantly had to tell not to braid blockbraids, she still did it anyway!!! 2 weeks later im taking my 200.00 hairdo out! Not professional at all!
