First time at the Twig Salon, and I was going in, super nervous, not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair. Chose Madison S as my hair stylist, because she’s a huge advocate for lived in hair, and has a lot of experience with styling and makeup as well. I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. My wife had scheduled an appointment today(8/5) at 3:30 pm with a specific stylist/master, this was the same person she went to last time and she loved the haircut. However, this time she was informed 30 minutes before her appointment that the stylist had a conflict and my wife had to be bumped. (I am not sure how that happened and why should my wife be the person who has to change her schedule? )The receptionist informed my wife that she can come on Wednesday (8/10) morning 8:45 am with a different (far less experienced) stylist. Now, my wife and I are supposed to go on a vacation and this change in schedule does not workout for us, most importantly the option provided was with a different stylist. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and response provided by this establishment. Their inability in handling this issue shows their lack of professionalism and lack of empathy in addressing customer concerns.

DO NOT book an appointment here. I was a new client and missed my appointment as I had it schedule on my calendar for the subsequent day. It was my mistake and I understand having a cancellation fee but they charge 100% of the service fee for cancellation. There’s ZERO flexibility and they were unwilling to work with me. I will never book there and do not recommend this salon.

I cannot say enough how much I love Twig! If you are looking for perfect hair- make an appointment with Anna ASAP. I have been to multiple salons around the Denver area and was never truly happy until I found Twig. Anna cares about her work and it shows. She provides the perfect color and cut every time. I am brunette and she even does a perfect blonde on my mom. I can always trust her. It is also a calming environment and they have handled COVID protocol very well. I feel safe there. Don’t wait- make your appointment and see what I mean!
