Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy appointment was with Kelsey. She was personable, very knowledgeable, and comfortable to be around. The salon was clean and easy to find. I loved my eyelashes and plan to return regularly.I also had an appointment with Bri to touch up my roots. We actually changed my color and it’s PERFECT! After she did my hair, I went to an exercise class and then to a tea and my hair still looked perfect! I was highly impressed by her talented and artist skills. She also did a great job giving me a new shorter summer haircut that I was a bit nervous about but really wanted to try. She listened to my concerns and fixed my troubled spots. I was scared to get color again after my last experience about 5 years ago where my “subtle highlights” request turned me entirely blonde (at a salon in a different state). I asked Josie for a subtle change that would look natural and that is exactly what I got because she took the extra time to talk with me about my last experience and what I didn’t like about it. I was scared to get color again after my last experience about 5 years ago where my “subtle highlights” request turned me entirely blonde (at a salon in a different state). I asked Josie for a subtle change that would look natural and that is exactly what I got because she took the extra time to talk with me about my last experience and what I didn’t like about it.
