I like this place. My nails look beautiful. This was first time i was trying this place. The place was very busy. I think they overbook themselves. I had an appointment but the person who was supposed to do my nails was doing someone else nails and made me wait for 20min. I am still not done with covid so I am still looking for cleanliness. And they guy did not clean the station before seating me. Other than that I had wonderful experience. I will try pedicure next time.

I usually do not leave reviews but i am very unimpressed with this salon. I am not from here and had come to get my nails done with a friend. My pedicure service was very rushed and was incredibly subpar. The acrylics were horrible. I dont judge the man who did them. I could tell he was trying his best but in the process cut me, every single nail was a different length and a different shape. I paid and left because I did not want to cause a scene. I immediately when to another salon and the woman had to take every single nail off and re do them because there was no salvaging them. After calling again to see if there was any way we could resolve my charge. The owner hung up on me.

The only reason this is getting one star is because of the price. $45 for dip manicure. However, every single nail is lumpy & uneven on the surface. The nail tech was rude & when she asked if the shape was okay, I told her I wanted one to be adjusted and she was not at all understanding what I was explaining to her and was telling me it couldn’t be fixed with the file (I just wanted the tip of the oval nail to be slimmer on the sides). She was only kind to me after I washed my hands at the end & she could see that I was pregnant and then was being nicer & making small talk.

This was my second time at this salon and I have to say they have done an amazing job so far. This last time I had Lyly do dip powder nails with a French tip and they came out wonderful. She took her time and was very neat. I have been to many places and number one thing I hate is when they rush through your set. I feel like this place definitely values quality over quantity. Will absolutely come back again.

I requested a no chip but they gave me a dip. It was fine with me because I’ve been meaning to try a dip. I went almost 4 weeks ago and they haven’t cracked at all. My only issue was that they didn’t clean my cuticles. That’s my favorite thing about getting my nails done. They also didn’t have ac on the hottest most humid day so far this year.

This is my go-to salon, I consistently try other salons but always end up coming back here. Like any nail salon, it depends on the tech you get how your experience goes. I have learned who’s good in here and who isn’t, but I feel they have a much higher percentage of wonderful techs than other places I’ve been to.

I wish I had asked for the ladies name who helped me before I left, because she really made the whole experience incredibly welcoming and I will 100% be going back again. She made me feel comfortable about my small nail beds and never made me feel bad for my nervous nail biting habits. On top of that she made my nails look beautiful. I am so happy!

Have been going here for years every two-three weeks for dip manicures and a pedicure. Went to Lynn a bunch and had a great experience. They didn’t have a color I’d like and so she told me to just do the dip with no chip over it. After telling me it would be fine and charging me for a dip manicure, it chipped two days later. I went back in and asked her to fix. After waiting for 45 mins for her to fix, she came over and fixed one nail and told me it was simply something I did to the nail and she wouldn’t fix them all so that they wouldn’t chip when i went out of town for a business trip. After 3 more days, I had five more chipped.

Worst pedicure ever! Fast, did not listen. The lady yelled at me when i told her i wanted shorter. Didn’t even file properly didn’t scrub my feet just did it to do it because she had to. Gross! No air conditioning door open with flies flying around places full of people, I guess the locals think that this is a good place I just moved here from Buffalo Grove and this is by far awful. Will never go back. First & last time.
