Absolutely the worst nails I have ever had!!! The 1st woman was beyond rude and nasty!!! And when I said something about the nails not being ok with me, she got hateful and she went to get someone else. The second lady “attempted” to fix them and did not. It’s only dip over my natural nail which I’ve gotten for years. These nails are so thick they look disgusting… and the nails are lumpy and the dip doesn’t even cover my whole nail!! I was still charged full price and let to walk out of the salon representing their business with absolutely horrible nails!! Highly recommend going elsewhere!!!

First time ever going to this salon and will DEFINITELY be my last! I went last Tuesday ; October 18th to get a full set with gel polish.. I was pleased with the set when I left, but it’s only been 1 week(7 days) since I got them done and my nails ALREADY need a fill in they look like I’ve had them on for 3+ weeks! I have never ever experienced this before ; my nails never look this bad 7 days after getting a BRAND NEW GEL SET!! My nails do not have a quick growing, I normally need a feel in about 2.5 weeks! save your time and money and take it else where!

i got my nails done two days ago both my thumbs are chipped i asked for coffin shape and they pretty much gave me square the man doing my nails wasn’t even looking when he was filing or painting he wasn’t hurting me with the drill and didn’t even apologize when i made it obvious it hurt the nail it’s self isn’t even smooth they were very unsanitary didn’t change out towels from previous customers or wearing gloves never been to a nail salon that didn’t put cuticle oil on the nails or make me wash them i’m never going back that was a absolute waste of my time and money i want a refund but from the reviews i’ve read it seems they won’t even fix the nails for you when they messed it up so i’m not even going to bother do not go here it is not worth it

First, I have to say Kelly is a perfectionist! I have walked pass this nail salon many times but I stopped in today and I am amazed with the quality of work. I was greeted within seconds. The space is very big and it was busy for a Sunday but they took me in super quick. Kelly was a great listener and very professional. I had a Pinterest nail idea but they didn’t have the right products but we came up with a different concept. I’m so happy with the end result. Will be coming back!

Worst customer service ever and the guy who owns the store and sits by the entrance is beyond rude. He will refuse to fix nails he know messed up or argue with you about it and tell you to leave. Another review said the exact same thing, he will shoo you away instead of fixing it or being professional. I asked if he could fix a nail he messed up and even offered to pay for a broken/fixing nail fee and he said “i don’t fix nails” and he told you “you can go”. Rude to customers and has also argued with and yelled at customers when i’ve been in there before. Don’t waste your money and don’t count on them to fix anything they messed up, you won’t get your moneys worth and they treat their customers awful.
