Have been going to Tutwiler for about 2 months now. I couldn’t find anyone in Birmingham who could take care of my beard until I met the bearded douche himself, he also goes by Dustin if you care to learn his name. They are appointment only regardless of whether you are balding and in the military (is the Airforce really considered military, go Army!) so please do yourself a favor and make an appointment with either the Bearded Douche or Her! For real though this is the best place I’ve ever gotten a haircut, and I’ve lived all over the world, you guys rock!

Felt insanely disrespected & blown off! I understand running a business via appts, but for me to come in ask if you any appointments available tomorrow & to never even open your schedule/calendar & simply state no openings until Monday. Keep in mind I’m Military & balding, so my cut isn’t gonna take long. With all the chairs empty. I’ll never waste my time coming back. The bearded douche motioned to her(eventhough he just watched her take a bite of food) to answer my question. Not at all how to treat a new patron!
