This place is so cute! Very clean and huge TV. The massage chairs were great. They did have a sign on the door that said by appointment only, but I had called a few days before to make my appointment and I didn’t see any walk-ins while I was there. They do also have a sign asking you to tip in cash (which I did) but I noticed another customer ask for their Venmo to tip. Good color choices. It was my first time here so it was a bit confusing to find because it’s almost like “inside” of a brown building, like it’s in a strip mall.

I spent a good portion of last night googling nail salons near me to visit and I am SO glad that this is where I ended up! Upon visiting their insta page, I just knew my Chicago salon standards were going to be met and my nails were in for a much needed treat after spending the last two months being roughed up with moving here and settling in. Between the quick 5 minute walk from home, relaxing quiet, Gilmore girls on the tv, and the quality work that really cheered me up, I’m so excited to make this a regular place for myself!

Very clean salon with nice staff. When one of nails broke later in the week, they fixed at no cost. However two days later, several more of my dip nails lifted despite it being only a week which was extremely disappointing considering how expensive they were.

I was so exciting to bring my mom after I loved my nails the first time I visited Tutu (not friendly though). They are the rudest nail salon I have ever been to! I made an appointment and decided to change from no chip to dip when I arrived and she said they couldn’t accommodate me because it takes longer. What kind of business turns down a customer who wants a more expensive service? And perhaps you should fit in a buffer window and not scheduled to the minute. Not to mention, we arrived right on time and none of the chairs were open. They have a scheduling problem- as well as customer service issue. I was born and raised in barrington and this place simply doesn’t belong.

I grew up near Barrington so anytime I’m in town visiting and want my nails done I go to this salon. They are friendly and the place is clean. They also are helpful if you have a picture of what you want – they try their best to match exactly what you’re looking for.

They put a pink quilted back cushion and kids pink tub on a normal adult pedicure chair to convert it into a kid’s pedicure chair. They added some pink flowers into her bowl, and she was thrilled.
