I’ve been here a few times and had a phenomenal experience, this time was different. Called to schedule a french clear gel mani with extensions and a pedicure. I was treated kindly. Upon receiving the manicure I pointed out the glue was not sticking and the tips were lifting from my nail. When the tech placed the clear gel, I was told I should have cut my own nails before coming. The tech then placed a decent amount of superglue on my nails and continued. I pointed it out again to 4 other nails and it appeared the lady became frustrated. I was told there wasn’t enough time to do French tips, pick a color. Upon finishing the top looked rushed around the cuticles and underneath it appears I had 2 nails, see photos in spa. My toes looked fantastic even 3 days later. My nails… 2 popped off, several are lifting and its 3 days later. I’m a bit upset.

this is the worst manicure in my life !!! I paid $ 55 and was very dissatisfied. I will not say the name of the master. I came to remake, she made me only 3 nails, although all of them were broken. 8. If you want to save your time and money, find a master on the recommendation.

Stay away- they gossip about customers, I had spa pedicure and gel manicure appointment, the woman was rude, she sent someone to do same time even though it was half empty, the woman who started the gel ruined the shape of my nails, she also knocked my phone off my lap and it fell on the floor and broke a piece off. The only women who are actually nice are the Spanish speaking ladies the rest are so rude

This place is one of the fanciest looking nail salon that i went in Bergen county. Staffs are all friendly, lot of choice the different polish brands. Debbie did my pedicure and she took her time and put much effort to it!! The price is pretty reasonable as well. Oh, they have 3 hour free parking at the garage which is a big plus for us.

Do not waste your time here. The staff are extremely rude and beyond unprofessional. I spoke to two employees at the front desk ( I asked very politely) in regards to my issue with my gift card that I purchased from the same company which was a long time ago I even started “ hey i just want to ask if do you know if it’s the same owner from your Nanuet she said yes and when I told her about the gift card issue she just became extremely rude and started saying ( ohhh its not us and thats a long time ago etc) I get it, it’s expired or I just want her to know about what happened which was I bought $87 worth gift card from their Nanuet branch during Covid then the store closed without notice but I still kept on calling their branch in Nanuet and nobody’s answering after a few months there was a paper on their store stating the email and number “amandatuttispa” so I reached out to them for a refund via email and by phone and I got 0 replies! I totally get it if they can’t give me a refund since it was a long time ago but don’t be extremely rude about it. Like

It’s always clean and comfortable… they have always done a nice job and do what I ask for. More importantly their tools are sterile and I’ve never had an issue there where other nail salons in the area I have had problems. Manicure, Pedicure

Although the people are nice, the quality of their service is clearly lacking. I had a gel manicure on a Monday and by Thursday it was chipping. By Friday the color came off of one nail and then it continued. Now after a week, 5 nails have no polish. I was out of town and when I came back I asked for a refund. They said they would redo those nails. Not a chance.Terrible customer service. I will not be returning. I typically write positive reviews, but this nail place deserves 0 stars. I am not quite sure the people who work there are properly trained. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Not too happy with the outcome especially considering the price. Manicure was not professional looking, polish did not come close to cuticles, the edges were uneven, and became old looking within a few days. Photo taken below was only four days after my gel manicure.
