2 stars since it was easy to make an appointment and staff was pleasant. Price went to $45 to $85 for gel. I think it should be better communication when it comes to prices.Pedicure lasted two weeks which at my frequent place last 4 weeks, big difference, nails were not cut properly either. If you going to charge $85 for a pedicure at least use good quality products. I will never use their service again.

Nice, friendly service. A ton of options available for color choices including high end brands such as Christian loubotin and dior. I left one star out because I wasn’t very happy with my nail shape and their nail polish selection is very unorganized.

I came here yesterday to get a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Mimi did my nails she did good but the reason I gave a 4 start because she barely scrub my feet. She must have scrub it like 4-5 time each foot barely putting an effort into removing dead skin. If you are going to charge $60 for gel pedicure please do the job correctly. However, I must say the place was relaxing and clean.

I was thinking for some time whether I should write a review. I have been there a total of two times. The last time I went to get a mani and pedi with my friend, the experience was not pleasant. In particular, my friend’s technician Olga was extremely rude, and passionless and gave her very bad treatment. From pocking and handling her pedicure in a very bad manner to the point where she was asked to be more gentle, Olga continued to ignore my friend and kept up with some sort of animosity. From the moment Olga touched her feet, it was clear she did not want to perform the pedicure service on my friend. Whether she was in a bad mood, or not, this is unacceptable. The whole experience was so bad. that my friend refused to finish the service. While my technician was fine and I have nothing bad to say about her,I would never go back and give my money to this establishment that employs these kindsof individuals. There are many other Nail salons in the neighborhood that provides way better services with proper hospitality. Also the owner or manager seem to be a pleasant lady, but needs to own up and stand up for this kind of behavior in her establishment, if she cares about her customers.

I woman name Ivy should not work here. Don’t get any service from her. She was doing a very fast and bad job so I stopped her every time and asked to do it again. She started talking in her language clearly about me. I went for regular pedicure and I was handed a menu with services I clearly understood this will be extra and I didn’t want it so she did a very poor job instead. Then I did French Gel and she was doing a very bad line shape and I asked to do it again and she was in a bad mood. I needed to repair 2 nails and she tried to charge me $10 extra for that. When last time I went there a very nice Latina girl name Maria did it for me no extra charge. At the end she left and somebody else came to finish my hands she didn’t even have the curtesy to come out to take the tips. She clearly just wanted to charge me more for everything and she was trying to be faster to take somebody else.

I live in the area, so Tutti Nails is convenient – not preferred. The nail technicians are cold, passionless and not friendly, except for Ricky and Cathy. The nail technicians sit around and don’t seem interested in helping you. I’ve walked in around 5p a few times to be serviced. While they closed at 8p and had 1-2 clients, they couldn’t service me (only when Cathy is not present). If you’re in Edgewater, I highly recommend Trillium Nails, instead.

Call to make an appointment in the morning and I was able to set something up for the same day. Pedicure was $25 but, when I picked out a color, she pointed out most of the polish had an upcharge of $5 or $8 more. Long story short, I did not feel the pedi was worth $25.
