Critical: QualityI am the type of person that doesn’t complaint, I tipped her and left and I am seating down in my car as I write this review. The lady that is half white and half Vietnamese did my nails. She seemed to be in such a rush and her attitude was so blunt. Her work was so sloppy. My nails look bumpy and not smooth and the gel was just horrible. She wasn’t cleaning it with the acetone like other manicurist do. You can see the pictures. $38.00 + $6.00 Tip for a refill for this sloppy work was not worth it for me. Now I’ll have to go and pay somewhere else to fix them. I am the type of person that doesn’t complaint, I tipped her and left and I am seating down in my car as I write this review. The lady that is half white and half Vietnamese did my nails. She seemed to be in such a rush and her attitude was so blunt. Her work was so sloppy. My nails look bumpy and not smooth and the gel was just horrible. An experience to remember. They stayed open for a few of us ladies way beyond their normal hours. Matter of fact , it was nearly 9 pm . Us girls chatting it up . Strangers that made short talk , laughed , and we even all ended up getting fairy dust nails . ( hard to find in OC ) Goes to show being polite, tipping well, etc goes very far . There’s a reason we all go out of our way to get our nails done here . Yesterday was confirmation, that they value their loyal customers. Beyond speechless of their loyalty

First of all I will say this was partially my fault for not paying attention while my nails were being done .. but this place had never disappointed me before so I was confident my nails would come out good as always .. but this lady was not it . Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name .. but the nails were really bad super thin and you can tell they were lumpy Even her coworkers around her noticed and failed to stop her ..I had to go elsewhere after this

I came here to get a dip full set and a pedicure. Lady who did my nails was very nice and did an ok job. Lady who did my pedicure was the whole opposite, she was very un-understanding and doesn’t seem to care what the customers want or like. First she was mad because I didn’t want callus removed, she insisted that was better, so I was upset and asked her to show me on my feet, where did she see callus that needed to be removed and she started talking Vietnamese and about my feet, I finally told her, why do you ask that question if my feet are cleaned. You need to ask the people that have some and let decide if they want you to remove it. So I had picked matching colors for my pedicure and hand nails when she started putting it on I noticed it wasn’t the color I had asked for, so I told her, she said I don’t know I just got box, same color as gel for hands and kepted putting on. I insisted that looks more pink and color I chose was more beige/sand color, she didn’t care and said nice color looks nice and took off. So when I was done I paid for my services and realized after that they have a sign “tips cash only” so I only had $4. on me and felt bad, and thought I didn’t like the color but she did do the rest, so I thought let me split the little cash I have on me and gave them $2. Each. I got my stuff and started walking out n she came out from back and said $2. Tip, THAT’S IT really???? So she pist me off. first of all, it’s a tip it’s not mandatory I had already paid for my services. A lot more than what I was told too, but her coming out and saying that, after all she did and said to me while doing my pedicure, it’s like really!!! she was lucky I had a heart to even consider giving her anything. Even more depressing I think she was the new owner. Ugly lady very bad attitude. And if you see my nails, they don’t match, but never did she say something like if you don’t like I change for you or something she just didn’t care.
