Critical: QualityAVOID. Got dip nails that started cracking the minute I walked outside the salon. Nail tech got ton of the color on the skin on my fingertips and acted like it was no big deal. Rushed the whole process and started someone else’s nails while still doing mine. My nails are already chipping off and need removed and it has been less than 2 weeks. Was not worth the price. AVOID. Got dip nails that started cracking the minute I walked outside the salon. Nail tech got ton of the color on the skin on my fingertips and acted like it was no big deal. Rushed the whole process and started someone else’s nails while still doing mine. My nails are already chipping off and need removed and it has been less than 2 weeks. Was not worth the price. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWe love love LOVE Tustin Nail Spa. We take the whole family for mani’s & pedi’s, even my Husband likes to go! But when my husband doesn’t come the girls ask “Where’s your husband, he’s so funny!” They like him because when they ask him if he wants to upgrade his pedicure (he’ll say yes), and does he want a neck massage (he’ll say yes), and does he want his arms massaged (yes, of course). By the time we leave, his bill is $200. or more (plus a 20%tip). He doesn’t care, he likes the attention. The rest of us like to go because they do such a good job. They’re great at painting little details on fingernails & toenails, great at doing acrylic nails, and great at getting the thick callouses off our feet!
