Great service, they take care of me and my needs and they are very patient. The person I go to when I go is Mark. He’s fabulous and tells me things that other people haven’t told me despite being in the nail business for a longer period. He hasn’t cut me one time and has been very gentle. If you go ask for Mark!!! He’s amazing along with the others of course!!

This place is wonderful. I got nude nails with white abstract art and the younger gentleman is great at his job – his detail and art were beautiful. The lady who did my manicure was very sweet, refilled my wine twice, and did a lovely job on my toes. Perfectly painted, long leg massage, and even spent extra time on caring for my big toes as they are prone to ingrowns. She didn’t give up even when I said the pain was tolerable enough. Great service, comfortable establishment. Even the restroom smells nice. Highly recommend. Obviously if you want great service, make an appointment or it will feel rushed. I didn’t have to because I went in the evening when it was dead but it saddens me to see people give this place bad reviews. I wish people would remember it is another human providing a service for you.

Bad bad experience. Today I requested a manicure with regular polish to give a break in between my gel polish appointments. Unfortunately I didn’t get what I wanted..The previous gel polish was not removed Completely, She left my polish bumpy/ uneven, uncovered edges, and If I was to get gel Polish like she kept insisting this would be a Bigger disaster. Later I hear that I had The Best nail technician they have there,. Really?. How is that possible!?!? Hmm, maybe they meant the worst or a beginner, the job was very sloppy. totally unhappy
