Very peaceful and serene. Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. My daughters and I were able to have a much needed relaxing and together time. I appreciate the services provided. They even brought us hot tea! And they had a quiet private room for us to use while waiting, very enjoyable experience! Didn’t feel rushed like some places do. There are adorable turtle features, so everywhere you look you will find a turtle that makes you smile!

My husband and I received services on 3-6-22. I booked us a couples massage and each of us a facial. The massage therapist did a wonderful job, she was very sweet, and really put her all into the session. The esthetician on the other hand I cannot say the same. I am a dual Licensed Esthetician & Massage Therapist so I know what I expect during a session and the esthetician we got at turtle cove was far from it. The session felt rushed, she gave half a** effort, the “hand massage” was a pitiful joke of slapping some lotion on my hands. She was extremely rough with the towels and 4x4s used to remove product. I was not relaxed at all while her hands were on me. I felt that my husband and I receiving services was a burden for her. My husband even made a comment that he felt like she didn’t “do much” The sad part is, I chose this spa based on the reviews and the fact that they used Eminence products (which is what I use at home and at work at my spa) and the facial I received was not a signature “Eminence facial” to say the least I am very disappointed with the experience especially after spending over $500 BEFORE the tip! Absolutely ridiculous to charge that much and to deliver a lackluster treatment. Again, the massage therapist was wonderful, the esthetician was not.

Went in for a couples hot stone massage and chakra balance and absolutely loved it! Ralph and Sherry were fantastic and really listened to our needs. Also, they’re very reasonably priced. Highly recommend visiting Turtle Cove Spa if you’re in the area.

I get a massage here every time I visit Arkansas. Clean, friendly and very relaxing. Love them. Their candles are soy and they make them there and when they burn they make the whole house smell so good.
