I never write reviews, but let me just say the owner is very rude to begin with. I was looking for a nail salon to do a manicure, and I stumbled into this one while I was in lyndhurst. At first when I walked in the owner was nice and greeted me, but when she began to paint my nails I asked if she can do 2 simple lines, and she couldn’t even do them. She kept doing them crooked & blotchy so I asked her if she can fix it. She complained saying it was fine and kept blaming it on my nails saying that they were too “ narrow “ so she can’t do the lines correctly. First of all, if you were a true manicurist it would not be a problem and if it was too hard you could’ve asked one of the other girls to do it or simply be honest and tell me you couldn’t do the lines. She was very unprofessional and the price for the manicure was absurd. She asked me if I wanted to add a tip to the card and I said sure. I told her she can add $4 because I was TOO nice. Then she wanted to add $2 more dollars to herself and I told her you know what don’t put the tip in the card I’ll go get cash. By the time I told her not to she CHARGE ME $50 with the tip included and she basically told me not to go back. So I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE AT ALL.

I would avoid this place at all cost from now on… I went last Sunday for a gel manicure and the next day my nail polish started chipping off. I’m glad that I looked at my receipt before paying, because the lady tried to overcharge me for the gel manicure. I’ll give them zero stars if I could! Massage, Manicure

Critical: QualityI would give them a negative star but since I can’t I’ll give them 1 star. They were not nice and my nails started chipping the NEXT day. And they got the polish on my cuticles. Critical: QualityMy first and last visit to this salon was yesterday. I went in to get a powder manicure and peddie. The pedicure was very basic. They hardly did anything other than cut my nails and polish. No paraffin and the massage was terrible. The lady who did my nails did not seem to have any experience with the powder techniqueShe kept on applying the powder with a cuticle tool and removing it with a drill. I had to ask her to cut my cuticlesMy nails are lumpy and there is a ridge on the top. It looks like my nails are separate from the colorWhen she finished, she never even put lotion on my hands. I have gotten two pedicures so far in the last two months and I was happy with both times. They do a great job and are very nice. I will keep coming back. I get the pedicure with the hot stone massage on your calfs. my feel look great and they do a beautiful nail painting job.

Second time the Chinese Lady and the guy pick against the Latinas for something they have nothing to do while they are working with me, I stop going for a while. They customer service was great but I went to go do my nails (acrylic) and charged 70 dollars and it didn’t even last me 3 days until the nails started to fall off?? It was a guy named Brian who did the nails and I cane back after 3 nails already started to fall off! A nice working lady fixed them but the minute I left I came into work and another 2 nails fell off!!! It was honestly a waste of money and didn’t even last me 2 weeks! I suggest going somewhere else for acrylic nails for a much lower price and better job!

I came in on to do a pedicure and they lady did such a great job. I took advantage to get a fill. I love it but the lady kept pulling & twisted my hand a lot. I mention to her that I’m double jointed no need to pull it so much. Not sure what she said in her language to another staff but it would be nice to know what she said. Over all I love the way my nails look.
