She was able to do that with out any damage. I love it! She also sells the best purple shampoo there that is turning heads salon brand. The salon is fresh and bright. I have been going to Robin longer than I can remember. She always does a fabulous job!! I don’t even need to tell her what I want, whatever she does I always love!! From a cut, root color, foils, waxing, even buying their products, everything is top notch!! And when it’s time to wash my hair, that’s the best part!! She could put me to sleep with the scalp massage!! All the girls there are so friendly, the waiting room is nice and cozy, it feels like going to a friends house!! I would recommend Turning Heads to anybody!!!!

Went in for two services: upper lip wax and a customized facial. They didn’t remove all of the wax and did not get all of the hair — and then charged at least $5 more than is listed on the website for this sub-par service. I also got a facial there the next day and she ravaged my skin and again charged $40 more than the price listed online. Poor quality services and over-charging! I’d rather go to a high-end salon/spa with better service and better prices.
