I went to Brandi to have my hair highlighted blonde. I came out with blonde highlights but visible roots. I did not notice until I got in my car and looked in the mirror. I went back in and politely said that I have visible roots. She told me that if she went back in and put bleach on the top of bleach that it would not be healthy for my hair. She said she would still do it. Why would I want to do that after she just said it was not healthy for my hair?? Anyway, all of this could’ve been prevented if she would’ve focused on quality and not how fast she could get it done. When she heard that I gave her negative feedback she texted me multiple times being absolutely RUDE to me. Telling me that she did what I asked her to do. Why would I ask her to leave my roots showing?? I tried to call her and she blocked me. If you can’t take negative feedback why be in the business of customer service?? I just feel like if time would have been taken with the foils I would not have had so much of my roots showing. That’s it… end of story… but no, I was texted 6 times about this. Not short texts, but long texts. They were so childish that I did not even read them all.

They offer you coffee and see if you need anything. They have modern music playing so you’re not sitting in silence. When they wash your hair, relaxing music plays and it’s hard to stay awake it’s so relaxing. My hair looks absolutely stunning. They were very welcoming, the salon was clean, they were excellent with my hair and it’s not easy at all to manage. I feel like a new person. They offer you coffee and see if you need anything. Looking for a fresh look… I gave the stylist an idea of what I would like and gave her creative freedom after that. Morgan did an amazing job! I made sure to schedule my next cut before leaving. They were busy the whole time I was there but the owner made it feel laid back. Great place! They even offered drinks and snacks 🙂
