I tried getting a real quick men’s haircut on a Monday afternoon at around 3:45. And I know that walk-ins aren’t always the best or easiest for a hair place. However, I walk in ask if they did men’s haircuts and if I could get one real quick. Well the one lady out of two that wasn’t working was messing around on her phone. With even looking up to make eye contact with me she said in a very sarcastic annoyed way “I have an appointment in about 5 mins so not today.” She said nothing further to indicate that maybe I could wait or come back tomorrow. I walk out of there feeling embarrassed for even asking. I’m disappointed by the pathetic efforts to be a small town friendly business. I would not recommend to anyone and I think a persons time and money should be better spent at the various other hair and nail options that are offered in Torrington.
