The first time I went the first time I liked Tina and today I went for the 2nd time and the one who attended me was the opposite (I don’t even know her name) she didn’t give me the color chart and when I asked for it she was annoyed because she didn’t hurry me to choose, she left part of the previous color and the French line super crooked. Another thing, at the moment of paying I didn’t even ask me if I wanted the receipt, he turned around and left (maybe because I didn’t tip you) I didn’t deserve it and I paid $93.

I have gotten several gel manicures here and they always do a fabulous job. They look much better than when I’ve gone to other places. And these ladies work so hard. When I went there on Saturday, they were understaffed and new customers just kept flowing in. The manicurist I worked with was so professional and handled the situation as best as could possibly be expected. AND I am so happy with my nails. This is where I go if I really want my nails to look good. Granted I do ask for very basic services, nothing fancy, but I have always been very happy with my nails and the service whenever I have gone here. Much respect for these ladies.

Decided to go and see what Turbo Nails was all about and my first time going. I am new to the area and I was in desperate need of a pedicure especially on a Saturday. They have a great system and flow of things. The young ladies and the gentleman at the front are very helpful if you have any questions about anything, checking in and the wait time.. If you have time to wait go ahead, if not book a appointment to come back.

Turbo nails is my go to place! I hardly ever have to wait, & if I do have to wait it’s 5-10 minutes. They are so helpful & willing to make any changes to my nails that I want. I got my nails done on Sunday & today I had to spray paint something unplanned & it got on my nails. I went to gloss & they fixed it for free! Great customer service.

First time here and I will be back. I got liquid gel nails with gel polish and I love them. The place is very clean and decorated well. I also got a deluxe pedicure which was also nice. I’d wished they would have worked a little more on my calluses and feet though. Polish looked great!
