Unfortunately have to make a bad review, which I don’t like doing. Awful experience. Not greeted kindly. Rushed to pick a color. I got gel nails and 2 days later almost every finger had a chip. Also, the paint did not cover my entire nail, therefore not even a week later all of the polish is off. Gel is supposed to last 3 weeks. Will never be going back to this salon.

I am hesitant to write a review, because my manicure was fine. It was rushed and not at all quality. When I arrived as a new customer, I was rushed to my seat. My technician only gave me a small number of colors to choose from and wouldn’t let me look through the full basket. I was pressured to get additional services 4 times, which I declined. I kept being told how fast she could be if I didn’t have enough time. My nails were trimmed completely crooked, which I thought she would correct with a file, but she didn’t. I asked for them to be corrected, a few were, but half of my nails are still crooked. My technician bumped my hand against the light twice, messing up one nail. Each time I was made to feel like it was my fault. I also left with two cuticle cuts. Overall, the final result, fine. They look okay. The experience was terrible though. My hands weren’t washed, I left with nail filings underneath all my nails and again, half my nails are crooked. Find a place that will take their time and provide a quality service. Won’t be back!

I have been in a few times and each time my nail polish seems to chip faster then other nail salons. This last time the Gel Manicure I spent $32 on, didn’t even last 3 days, without it coming off on multiple nails. I have had regular polish last longer.
