Called ahead to ask if a full set removal could be a walk in- whoever answered claimed yes it could be a walk in service, then upon arrival I was turned away even after showing the staff my bleeding and broken nail, because I didn’t “have an appointment”, and they were “very busy.” 0/5 stars, Eagan location was much friendlier and actually helped me! Go there!

My pedicure was amazing! My manicure on the other hand was rushed and sloppy. The man who did my nails did not take his time in ensuring that he produced quality brown French tip nails. He did not put enough coats of both the top coat and color and when I said this multiple times, he ignored me. It doesn’t look flawless and the shape of the French tip is ugly. I also mentioned this to him and he shrugged and said he couldn’t shape it well because my nails are short! He didn’t even clean my nails! I had to ask him to clean them. The next day, my right thumb is already chipped. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want quality. Definitely would not go back and will be going to get my nails fixed at a different nail salon. Don’t go.
