Turbo Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually don’t do this, but being in the same industry that services people and making sure my clients are taken care of and happy are always my number one priority. I felt, like I had to. I understand because I do hair, that I couldn’t get the dipping powder like I wanted because of discoloration from the hair color and my hands being in water so often. So we all thought it was best I do pink and whites. But I at least thought, they would have matched. I asked for coffin shaped and 2 out of 10 of my nails are remotely close to that shape, the rest are uneven. The glitter on one of my nails is way bumpier and wider then the rest. And different parts of the white tips on my nails don’t even match up with the rest. The one day I’m able to take my oldest daughter to get our nails done finally, cause I had the time and a sitter for my younger kids, and it was horrible. Not only for myself, but my 8 year old daughter too. Her nails look good, BUT her nail tech was BEYOND RUDE. As far as bringing my daughter, I pay for the mom and daughter experience and I literally watched her nail tech pull her hands or lightly smack her feet back in place multiple times! If you don’t like children, then don’t do their services! I’d pay and wait for someone who is more patient, friendly and who would of made her experience alot better. She looked miserable also, my daughter and the nail tech included. And who knows the next time I’ll be able to do this with her again. Time and time again I’ve spent years going in randomly hoping services and employees would get better here and honestly, they haven’t. NOW. All employees are eager to help not only each other but to also make sure that the design is what I want. The salon is always clean and smells amazing. All employees are eager to help not only each other but to also make sure that the design is what I want.
