Today was my first visit at this Salon and with the experience I had, I highly recommend it. I had two gentlemen treat me today, one for each service. They are very talented artist, both Gentlemen where a pleasure to be with. Today was my first visit at this Salon and with the experience I had, I highly recommend it. I will be back for another “Me Day”.

Critical: QualityThis is a full set there is no way my nails are not lasting for longer than two weeks. The nail tech was very rough and I believe he was rushing and now my nails are broken $110 later. Y’all should be ashamed. Not to mention my friend who was with me had the gel completely peel after 1 day. This is a full set there is no way my nails are not lasting for longer than two weeks. The nail tech was very rough and I believe he was rushing and now my nails are broken $110 later. Critical: ProfessionalismI went here with my best friend for a pedicure & a full set. The pedicure was done by a very kind lady. When it was time for a full set I sat at the very LAST chair with Tin H I think was his name? I have never had someone treat me so poorly in a nail salons before.First off he kept getting irritated & bending my hands, pulling them etc like I could read his mind as to where I should have them placed. I also politely asked him to show me a picture of all of the shapes to choose from since I know they had a picture & he rudely said, “You don’t know what an almond or coffin shape looks like” then proceeded to laugh with his coworker. He wouldn’t show me so I took my phone & googled it myself. I just honestly needed a reminder in what coffin shape looks like.I stuck it out even thou I was very irritated. My last straw was when I was drying my nails, I didn’t feel myself bump anything but apparently I did. He goes to put the clear coat on & just looks ticked off & shows me my nails & said “Do you see anything here” mad that I accidentally bumped my nail. Mind you it took him 10 seconds to repaint it. I looked at him & said, “ Okay but clearly I didn’t do that on purpose!”I could go on & on but I won’t. Worst nail business I’ve ever been to in 20 years. I went here with my best friend for a pedicure & a full set. The pedicure was done by a very kind lady. When it was time for a full set I sat at the very LAST chair with Tin H I think was his name? I have never had someone treat me so poorly in a nail salons before.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI moved from Atlanta and my very close friend recommended this place to me. I have been visiting this place since July 21. I recently switched from gel to dip manicure. There is this guy who sits on the 2nd seat from the left, who is very unprofessional and I had a terrible experience today with him. I took an appointment before I went. I picked a color and he did not even bother to ask for a bottle of water. While he was doing my manicure, he picked up atleast 4 calls. He was busy greeting ppl instead of doing his job. Then he told me to dry my nails and I sat there for 15+ Minutes while he took on another customer and totally forgot about me. He then sheepishly apologized and told me to wash my hands. No moisturizer, no massage — nothing! The dip paint was the worst I ever got- dry hand, marks on my dip paint and terrible customer experience. I moved from Atlanta and my very close friend recommended this place to me. I have been visiting this place since July 21. I recently switched from gel to dip manicure. There is this guy who sits on the 2nd seat from the left, who is very unprofessional and I had a terrible experience today with him. I took an appointment before I went.
