A young man did my pedicure and was so sweet and considerate. Kim did my manicure and she is AMAZING!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! I used to have a great experience’s at Turbo nails I always got my pedicures done there but recently it’s been very expensive and quality is just not there anymore I went and got a full set of acrylics French tips and they came out completely horrendous for a wedding. They were lumpy and not shaped well at all I had to go home and try fixing them myself. I even showed a picture the entire time she did my nails. Not only to mention that they used, USED products on me. There’s no reason why they can’t be using new files for every customer as well as the files that are on the drills. Not even going to mention what person did my nails just save your self the money and go elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I can give this place 0 stars I would have done it. I did dip powder 10 days ago and as you see from the pictures two of my nails already peeled off in less than 12 days and started to hurt me. When I called so they can fix them, ,the guy who answered me on the phone, did tell me exactly this because of the holidays . I told him what the holidays have to do anything with doing the nails professionally. I did them somewhere else before and they lasted more than 4 weeks. In very rude way he did answer me “go back to the other place” and he HANGED UP THE PHONE ON MY FACE. When I called him again just to ask him is this a nice way of treating customers, He HANGED UP ON MY FACE AGAIN. Definitely I am going back to my old place as these guys are not Professional at all. Even the employees always have short temper. This place is very pleasant! I did pedicure with my 2 friends and we booked our spot several hours in advance same day. The service was good and fast, nice Orange spa pedicure with real oranges, scrub, hot stones and massage made us feel relaxed and happy.

My name is Barbara and I have been going here for 2 years. Judy does my nails so beautifully, not only that but when I couldn’t sit for very long following spinal surgery she always had a pillow for me. Sometimes I had to stand for a minute, she was always very accommodating. The staff there did mani/pedis for myself and 4 daughters all at the same time for a special occasion and made it a fun and memorable time. Sadly I have since moved 3 hours north but we do come down occasionally and I make an appointment to see Judy for my mani/pedi. I miss the care and quality of her work.

The owner Larry decided he was going to do my nails cut my nail past the quick and then proceeded to kick me out of the nail salon because I brought my three-year-old daughter with me do not come here avoid this place so rude I’ve never been so mad or miss treated anywhere Absolutely so unprofessional

Within a week of getting gel manicure, my nails started to chip 🙁 Around 9 days later my middle paint was completely chipped/peeled off with chips on other nails. Disappointed that the paint fell off so easily.

They stink. Terrible customer service had an appointment got there on time and was told it would be another 45-60 minutes more. They had my phone number it would have been easy enough to call me to tell me this. They are the rudest people and don’t even do a great job. I’ve heard complaints about them but now I found out myself how bad they really are AND dirty. Be ware!! Go elsewhere!
