Every time I come to these gals, I am always greeted with a smile and great conversation. Julie, the manager has great customer service that is unmatched by any other hair salon I have been to. Bry is my go-to when I need a haircut and has always given me a great cut. The work these ladies put in, to make sure the customer is satisfied, does not go unrecognized. Keep up the great work and I will definitely be a lifetime customer!

sat for 2 hours and continued to get skipped for “VIP guest”. I was up next 6 times and someone would walk right in and skip ahead of me. I understand skipping the line when you pay but guest who don’t pay shouldn’t get skipped that many times. there should be a limit. What if your VIP guest kept coming in. would i sit there for 8 hours? until closing? Makes no sense. The girl that checked me in told me it would be 30-40 min at most. Every time another person went ahead of me she would just look over at me knowing it was wrong. Tune up doesn’t value peoples time. Then taking 2 months to respond to a bad review? Doesn’t seem like you care to much. I will not be back to this tune up or any other tune up because of you lack of care for the average customer. This is why you earned a 1star review.

Took my 20-year old son to try this place. First time clients. Very impressed with the service and atmosphere… friendly staff. Julie was great and served us some nice cold drinks. Danel did an awesome hairstyle cut for me. Brianna did great job on my son’s hair. Will definitely be back again. Haircut

This place really doesnt care about their customers. Got there 30 mins before they closed and was told they couldnt see me today and that I shouldnt have walked cause the open sign was off. First of all, i done 35 mins to get to that location, passing other places to get there. Then when I mentioned they should put up a sign, the lady looked at me as if I was dumb and was told, that’s why our open sign is off. Like I am supposed to know its not broken and off cause they are too busy.
